White brownies
200g white choc (chopped)
200g dark choc (chopped)
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
Chopped nuts
Pre heat oven 180deg
Mix 1/3 chopped white choc with butter using double boil
Remove from heat n let cool down
Add eggs and vanilla. Whisk until blended. (Hand whisk aje)
Add flour n baking powder. Mix.
Add the rest of chopped chocolate n nuts
Pour into baking pan
Baked 15 to 20 min
Precut while hot
Let it cool down
Wallaaaa. Crunchy blondies!
