I have finally finished stitching this sampler. well...finish it around 1 month ago and pending framing.

so lazy to visit framing shop. 

up till now.. got 2 stitching project to frame.

better do it soonest. then simpan utk digantung dirumah baru :)

Renovation for new house

I need to do some planning on renovation for our new house. though the house will be expected to be complete in December 2010 there are so many things to plan according to our past experienced in current apartment.
Dulu bolehlah nak buat last minute as kami memang tak de nak renovate gempak2. everything simple je. grille pon tahap paling murah yg kami ambik. sebab tak plan nak stay lama2 kat rumah ni. plan nak sewakan. cat pon tak. tu cik abang kata nak cat later on. tapi up till now...err... dah 3 years stay kat sini, hampeh.... takde penambahan apa pon.

OK. some plan for new house:

1) Lampu2 - kena kira n plan how many and what type of lampu nak pasang. nak beli sikit2 before dapat VP.

2) Kitchen cabinet - top will be concrete (upah different contractor for this). tiles nak beli sendiri. wall cabinet will be up to ceiling. maybe J shape. to measure roughly kat rumah contoh n design again using IKEA software.

3) Hob n oven -- DONE

4) sinki n water tap utk dapur - kena tengok showroom dulu. then bleh survey n beli.

5) Plaster ceiling n cornish - will only do corner cornish, border cornish, and cornish kat tempat lampu n kipas only. need to survey kat mana nak beli. This one will have to wait until dapat VP.

6) Kipas2 - kena kira how many and what type. pegi tengok showroom to decide.

7) Cat - different colour for every venue. dapur tak payah cat lah sebab cabinet nak pasang up to ceiling level. one side je lah kalo nak nampak colour pon. beside other venue dah different colour kan. automatically kitchen cam have its own colour. hehe

8) Grille - wrought iron for main and sliding door. simple horizontal grille for other places.

9) Katil for girls - hmmm...double or single? double kot since kakak penakut yg amat. katil single takleh support both girls together.

10) katil for other rooms - current beds yg dipakai will do. 3 katil alltogether for 3 different rooms. DONE

11) Sofa - living room kena beli baru. looking at the space available, prob. L shape je kot suitable. kecik spacenya. current sofa will be placed at family area on 2nd floor.

13) Meja makan - berdoa semoga meja yg kami berkenan kat Macy still available next yr.

14) wiring - to finalised how many additional point. kena ambik gambar banyak2 kat showroom for planning.

15) alarm system!

16) Rak kasut -  ada cabinet readily available kat luar main door ...but kena upah org utk buat rak2 nya.

17) washing machine - top loading lah. dulu nak front loading...mahel la pulak. top will do. cik abang will beli after rumah dah ready utk masuk.

18) Refrigerator - yg besar punya heh... after rumah ready.

20) Curtain rails and curtains - aiyooooooooo... dah habis idea. later...later...


Hmmm...tu je la kot. nanti tambah lagi.

Bang.. gilo banyak bajet diperlukan!

Hob and Oven

Went to HOMEDEC 2009 in KLCC on 30th April with the kids.

cik abang tak ikut.. rugi seh ...bank tak ikut.. tak bleh meroyan beli benda2 yg tetiba berkenan di hati.
before proceed. dah promised dia list of item i'm going to buy. only 2 la... hob n oven. NO hood. sebab kalo sebut nak beli hood...for sure dia tak approved. yg pasang kat rumah sekarang ..sbulan skali pon tak ON.

quite big la the exhibition... 6 halls alltogether!
i did not plan to visit all halls...just 2 halls...but somehow terlajak sampai 3rd hall. tu pun baru perasan when there is no kitchen thingy exhibit at that section. smua part bilik air.
balik2...menyesal tak pegi smua hall..apa salahnya jalan je...bleh dapat a lot of idea in renovating our next house.
tapi ...tak larat la. tambah2 dengan dragging both kids. kesian dia org.

ok.. memang dah set my mind to get best offer for Rinnai. since malas nor nak cari kedai distributor Rinnai.

i chose stainless steel sets instead of tempered glass. done some survey before and found out for tempered glass there is a possibility that it might crack. though it does not happen yet to my current tempered glass hob.

mahal la sikit berbanding dengan tempered glass..

its cost me RM3k++... 0% installment in 12 month. free delivery.

hah..hari ni nak kenal call kedai la...tanya bila nak deliver ini barang.

Seminar... makan sedap... pack schedule

Today pegi  'Consumer Electronics & Semiconductor Seminar'. mostly lecturer la yg attend seminar tuh. ada gak la dari industrial ...proton..infeneon ...

pegi seminar semata2 nak dengar paper on 'Parametric Testing on Semiconductor'... which is presented around 11.45am gitu...habis dengar paper tu... lunch...wohoooooooooooooo

pehtu blah... malas nak stay whole day...mission dah accomplish.

ada another seminar end of May nih. nak attend lagi kot. its on 'Antenna Testing'. free jugak nih. akan di usahakan sehingga bleh attend.

lepas tu ada conference on semiconductor manufacturing...very interesting. though quite expensive..kampeni bleh cover rasanya. cuma yg membuatkan tak bleh pegi...time tu cik ini beranak laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. next year perhaps.

After the seminar. i went to DS for monthly check up.
iyelah...sendiri volunteer to move the appointment instead of this Saturday. itu PA dokter cakap ...dokter ada seminar hari sabtu...
eh. sbelum tu singgah Public Bank. activate account yg sudah tido.
gi spital.. jauh gila parking...dah la kol 3pm..panas ceng2. janji ngan PA kol 2.30...huhuhuhu
cek2 perut..bagitau la pasal small bleeding which happen last Sunday. eheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeem.
doktor panic... nasib tak kena marah kow2 punya sebab tak gi Emergency unit..tapi gi cek kat klinik biasa. later doc...later...kalo bleeding lagi..truuuuuuuuuus saya gi emergency ...okeh.
scan2...alhamdulillah...takde apa2 kat lam perut...maybe the bleeding was caused by friction ...or baby movement... or perut menegang..

Habis cek perut...
pegi SCI..to setle payment for extended kitchen cabinet.
punya la dapat nice parking spot. directly in front of the kedai in DU uuuuuuuuuuuuu!
masuk shop..bukak wallet...uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....
where's my debit card??? with dear hubby.,..eceh...terpaksa men swipe CC... punya la nak elak pakai CC. tunggu jugak cek clear kat debit account.
kalo dah ditakdirkan CC itu perlu di swipe... cuba la cara mana pon...ter swipe jugak CC tuh.

setel payment...
err...alang2 parking baik punya.. jalan kat kedai lampu pulak. nak survey lampu for new house. berpinau bijik mata! campur sakit leher! manyak gila lampu2 bergemerlapan.
tak bleh...tak bleh.. tak bleh decide..
kena gi tgk rumah contoh gak weekend ni. amik gambar... ukur apa yg patut.. utk plan what type of lamp we are going to use.

balik rumah...terus terbongkang! budak2 pon tak pegi ambik....call cik abang soh dia ambik...makcik dah tak larat.

Trip to South Korea

from 23rd to 28th March 2009

departed from KLIA on 23rd March 1am.
arrived in Seoul around 8am. when doing preparation..online info stated that the temperature here is around 10 to 18 degree C. before touchdown...the pilot announce that ground temperature is 2degree! what a shock! luckily i did bring winter clothing. err...being pregnant... the only warmer clothing i have in house that can fit me is the winter clothing. hahahaha. yg fancy2 one..spring clothing smua tak muat dooooowh...

First day spent on shopping around Dongdaemon area. we all stay at Eastin hotel, Dongdaemon. very convenient for shopping :).

Photos on first day not with me... not yet retrieved from collegue.

2nd day, went to Busan. visiting one of company which produce robotic equipment/ trainer. saw that there are a lot of hotel nearby the company building. it turns out...there is a hot water spring nearby!

arrived in Gumi around 6pm i think.

so jakun with the hotel toilet. tehehehehe

its an enjoyable movie.. lawak pon ada...iye la budak upin n ipin tu kan macam mak nenek mulutnya

thumbs up for the last kopak (my pronunciation on their company name) effort in producing a 3D movie. not bad la graphic dia.

new skincare for me

ehem...
am contemplating on becoming a sales agent for this skincare products.
its not new. been in the Malaysia market for 2 years but not many people know as it is sold online through sales agent only.
This Sunday i got an interview with product owner. see... to apply as their sales agent is not as easy as it looks. kecut jugak ek perut nih..lama benar tak kena interview2 nih.

why i chose the product?
hmmmm... not because my face problem. kekadang naik la jugak jerawat sebijik dua time2 nak period tuh. thats normal la kan. sejak abis SPM i just use Olay... on and off la pakai. masa balik cuti kat kampung end of last year... tertinggal pulak Olay aku tu kat rumah. sebulan gak la stop tak pakai apa2 kat muka. just pakai cleanser Simple.
then came an awareness on SLS. sbelum ni concern part2 sabun mandi je. tak pernah la pulak membelek ingredients cleanser tuh. alang2 nak gi beli moisturizer baru ...belek2 la cleanser tuh. ALAMAK. ado SLS lor. apo nak buat?

alang2 nak tukar cleanser...baik cari mousturizer brand lain jugak. berura2 la kita nih nak gi beli yg brand DIOR....hua hua hua... nak pakai duit birthday yg cik abang kasi nyer pasal. kalo nak pakai duit sendiri...Olay balik la jawab dia. ekekekekekekek

before gi beli... i browse online forum. nak gak tengok org lain nyer recommendation. iye la...that DIOR is expensive weh. kena decide betul2 gak.
and i found this new brand pulak kat forum tuh... years back slalu gak nampak akak owner tu dok promote cream dia.
tengok range harga...MURAH! but not semura Olay la ...ok la utk mengetest.
i bought the whole range yg available.. cleanser, cream and enhance cream.

why i like the product in the end?
not because its effect on my face. takde effect ketara pon. diri sendiri rasa pigmentation kat muka cam dah makin pudar. but bila tanya cik abang..dia kata sama je. HAMPEH!
why oh why i'm so excited about it?
SEBAB...i sapu kat tempat kegatalan yg maha gatal since mengandung anak no. 2... kat peha...ado kind of dermatitis. selalu sapu nivea...kena kerap2 sapu..kalo tak gatal balik. sebab kulit area tu kering. sapu gak ubat kurap la apo la yg ada kat rumah. kejap ilang gatal aje... tapi itu tompok2 itam berkuping2 ado gak kat situ.
pastu skang ni mengandung anak ke 3 plak. ayo yooooooo....musti lagi teruk ni during pregnancy kena kegatalan kat situ.

gatal2 itu cuma berlaku kat sbelah peha je okay! sbelah kiri. jangan ngengado kata aku ni tak jaga kebersihan. kalo tak bersih...why sbelah je yg kena attack. sakit jiwa.. menggaru jek.

after 2-3 hari sapu cream kat tempat bertompok besar tuh... gatal2 kat situ dah hilang ...n kulit dah tak berkerak lagi! now dekat sebulan dok sapu... parut tu dah makin pudar.
although gatal2 tu ada lagi kat area berdekatan.. tu i think dah lumrah sebab during pregnant slalu la kena gatal2 kulit sebab kulit kering. tapi at least yg ado gatal2 tu tempat kecik2 and makin senang nak di treat.

insya-Allah kalo dah pass interview ngan owner...i'll publish here nama brand tuh...ngan gambar2 skali :)
